1. Two class will be raced: 23T STOCK OPEN TOURING CLASS / INVITATION MODIFIED TOURING CLASS
   　
2. There will be 4 rounds of Free Practice, 1 round of Control Practice.
   　
3. 23T Stock Open Touring Class:
   
   • Race duration will be 8 minutes.
   • Motor have to registered by JMRCA would be allowed.
   • 4 rounds for Qualify Session. The best 1 from 4 results will be considered into Main A to I in Final Race.
   • 3 rounds for Final in Main A will be counted by point. Finish in 1st get 10 point
     and after 9,8,7…. The best 2 from 3 results will be selected for the Winner. If the winner point is equally, the 3rd round of Final will be considered for the Winner. Main B to Main I will race only one time for the Winner.
     　
4. Invitational Modified Touring Class:
   
   • Race duration will be 5 minutes.
   • There will be 8 rounds; Each round will be counted by point for each group of drivers,
     1st get 1 point and 2nd get 2 point……etc. The best of 6 from 8 results will be selected for the Winner.

1. Car
   
   1. Body must be Touring Car 4 doors which available in the market and scale 1:10 such as Sedan Car.
   2. Tire, motor and battery cannot exceed over the car when view from top.
   3. The mirror of car must be used bright, clear and smoke color.
   4. The body of the car must be paints.
   5. The Headlight in front of the car must be painted or posted by sticker.
   6. The body can be decorated by wing or spoiler only.
   7. Body beside the car must be over the doors; behind the car must wide more than 35mm.
   8. On the body of the car cannot drill a hole, except the following; antenna pipe, body mount and transponder, which are not over 10mm.
   9. Dimension:

      	Maximum width without body Shell		190mm.
      	Maximum width with body Shell		200mm.
      	Maximum wheelbase		273mm.
      	Minimum height with body shell		115mm.
      	Minimum ride height		5mm.
      	Minimum weight
      	- drivers use organizer sensor, minimum weight (not included transponder)		1500g.
      	- drivers use AMB personal sensor minimum weight (included transponder)		1500g.

2. Chassis
   
   1. Chassis must have 4 independent suspensions (which separate)
   2. Chassis in front must not be used hard plastic.
      　
3. Bumper
   1. Bumper can be used or not used, however should be safe.
   2. Front and rear bumper cannot exceed over the body.
      　
4. Wing
   1. Wing or spoiler can be decorated only one at the rear of the car.
   2. Wing or spoiler must be installed to the body, not to the chassis.
   3. Dimension: Maximum wing chord 40mm.
      Maximum wing height 115mm
      Maximum wing width 190mm.
      Wing endplates maximum 40 X 25mm
      　
5. Tire / Additive and Wheels
   1. Tire-Additive can be used for this event.
   2. Tire will be hand out from organizer.
      Thai Ride RS04 tire will be the control tire for the event.

      Only 3 sets can be used for 23T Stock Open Class.
      4 sets used for Invitation Modified Touring Class.
      Addition tires for practice can be purchased at the site
      
   3. For A-main, drivers will receive 2 new sets of  tire and have to use those 2 sets of them for Finals (can not use old 3 sets)
   4. Foam Insert and Rims both are not controlled
      　
6. Drive System
   
   1. Four Wheel Drive only for this event.
   2. The multiple speed (2-speed) transmissions and slipper clutch both are not allowed to use.
      　
7. Batteries
   
   1. Battery must be Sub-C size / NiCd or NiMH 3800mAh and or below.
   2. Each cell of battery must be 1.2V and maximum 6 cells/pack=7.2V.
   3. Battery must be available in the market and has a brand name.
   4. Battery aids for servo can be installed, but not function with any systems of driving power.
8. Motors
   23T Stock Touring Class
   
   1. Motor have to registered by JMRCA would be allowed
   
   Invitation Modified Touring Class
   
   1. No limited of turns and type of brushes
   2. Motor Comm. can be maintenance by Comm. Lathe.
   3. Diode, capacitor and power booster are allowed
   4. Motor must be available in the market and has a brand name.
   
   　
9. All illegal modification or change made to car which is found during the technical inspection
   at the end of the race will automatically entail disqualification of the participant.
   　

Open Class - Main A to Main I the Winner of the Top Qualify & 1st to 3rd will receive the special trophy presented by Waigo Model Hobbies Limited.
